Room rates are
NZ$192.00 per guest room per night and includes bed and breakfast, full
use of facilities and taxes. A 20% discount is given to 2 to 3
couples travelling together and staying three nights or more.
Room rates will increase to NZ$200.00 per guest room per night from 1st January 2011.

There is one king size bedroom and two queen size bedrooms, all
with en-suite bathrooms and double doors leading onto a wrap-around covered
verandah. All bedrooms enjoy the same facilities with the emphasis
on comfort and freshness. The beds and linen are of high quality
and there is a selection of pillows to help ensure a good night's
sleep. The rooms are equipped with clock radio/alarms, electric
blankets, hairdryers,
heaters, robes and a closet for storage. There is a daily laundry
service available at a reasonable cost.
The reading room adjoins the
bedrooms and has all the facilities a guest needs before embarking
on a day's sight-seeing and adventure tourism or before retiring
at the end of a busy day. A fully-equipped kitchenette with
complimentary light refreshments and snacks. Comfortable lounge
chairs with a variety of reading matter including daily newspapers
and magazines, television, a selection of internationally
acclaimed NZ DVD's, and full wireless broadband computer access.
Poppies breakfast room adjoins
the main family lounge where a hearty kiwi breakfast is served
each morning. Lindsey and Jonathan will take this opportunity in
showing you good kiwi hospitality, answer your many questions and
help make your visit to Rotorua truly memorable. |

Reservations are
guaranteed with a Visa or Mastercard authorisation.
Cancellation Policy: All cancelled bookings will incur a 20% cancellation fee. If your booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of your arrival date, a 50% fee will be taken. If your booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a 100% fee will be taken. We will of course be understanding of circumstances beyond your control, but would ask that you give us the courtesy of notice of cancellation as soon as you can. We highly recommend travel insurance.

We have a non-smoking policy within the house for the comfort of
