and award-winning Kiwi Homestead is set in 2 acres of rural
Brunswick Park. We can easily be found just 5 minutes from the
airport and 10 minutes from the city centre of Rotorua by car.
Your hosts Lindsey and Jonathan
Barran have lived and worked in Rotorua for 35 years and have travelled extensively throughout New Zealand and the world. They
would be delighted to help or give advice on your travel plans.
Rotorua is the premier cultural
and tourism destination in New Zealand and 1 2 4 on Brunswick's
location is a great base from which to explore the region.

Each of the three en-suite guest bedrooms are cosy, warm and well
appointed with the emphasis on style, comfort and freshness. Within each
of the bedrooms are double doors opening out to a wrap-around covered verandah,
the garden and the vista beyond. Adjoining the guest bedrooms is
the reading room, a place for quiet contemplation, a time to catch
up on the news of the world, a workstation for sending and
receiving emails via wireless broadband. The reading
room has a fully equipped kitchenette for those midnight snacks!
A special Kiwi Homestead breakfast
is served in Poppies breakfast room to set you up for a busy day
sight-seeing and adventure tourism. Take a pre-breakfast stroll (5
minutes) to witness the most amazing view of the lake and the city
of Rotorua.
